Under the patronage of Dr. Hani Bin Mohammed Abu Ras Mayor of Jeddah, the Jeddah Municipality held there 3rd Food Gathering Health Awareness, “My Food... My Health”.. Reza Hygiene sponsored the event.
Reza Hygiene participated in the event with their exhibition of 'One Stop Shop for all your HACCP and Food Safety Needs'.
The forum aimed to raise awareness of food safety and public health among the public and especially owners of food establishments and employees.
The forum supported the efforts of the Jeddah Municipality to educate and guide business owners Food to improve and develop services offering modern methods and systems for safe food. It discussed the general procedures and basic operating principles for Health surveillance to maintain the quality of food, the definition of consumer rights in food safety and awareness of corrupt practices.
The event was opened by Dr. Hani Abu Ras, followed by a word of Welcome by Eng. Naser Al-Moteb Vice Mayor for sub Municipalities sector and the event organiser.
Lectures included and a presentation of 'Most common mistakes in food handling' (Lecture presented by reza hygine consaltant Mr. Osama Osman).
