Reza Hygiene design and install automatic cleaning cabinets that fit onto your Poultry Shackle conveyor lines.

Cabinets units can be connected to a centralized or decentralized Cleaning System for staged cleaning with foam detergent, water rinsing and spray terminal disinfection. Each stage of cleaning can be initiated manually or automatically.

For automatic applications, a PLC controller can control up to 4 cabinets/lines applying each stage at a pre-determined timing to ensure the full length of each shackle conveyor is covered.
